Join the Encalio BETA

Tell us who you are and how you want to use Encalio. Beta accounts are reviewed before access is activated.

1. Request access

Choose planner, attendee, vendor, or mixed testing and tell us what you want to evaluate.

2. Wait for approval

An admin reviews fit, region, role, and beta terms before activating the account.

3. Test and send feedback

Approved testers receive setup guidance, role-specific first steps, and a direct feedback path.

Beta review and feedback path

After approval, your dashboard shows role-specific first actions and a feedback link. Support reviews feedback by role, workflow, severity, and page URL so launch blockers can be triaged before broader rollout.

Account safety during beta

Setup links are time-limited, and account changes happen inside Encalio. Encalio will never ask for personal or financial information via email or text.

How do you want to use Encalio?

The beta is open across Texas. Pick statewide, your region, metro, city, or travel-ready area. Hold Ctrl or Command to select multiple areas.

What happens after approval

Approved beta testers receive a setup link, then see role-specific first steps and a direct feedback action on their dashboard.

If a setup link expires, an invite code is missing, or feedback needs a reply, the internal beta queue keeps that follow-up tied to your account and support ticket history.

Planner beta

Create a test event, invite guests or collaborators, compare vendors, build a budget, request quotes, and send feedback on the planning path.

Attendee beta

Test RSVP, ticket wallet, event companion, event updates, attendee chat, maps, media, and feedback from a guest point of view.

Vendor beta

Build your vendor profile, add offerings and pricing, test inquiries, leads, quotes, calendars, promotions, and customer communication.

Planner and vendor beta

Use both sides of the workflow so we can validate quoting, collaboration, communication, and booking handoffs across roles.

Other beta use

Tell us how you want to evaluate Encalio so we can approve the right access path and ask for focused feedback.

Draft beta terms and conditions

Version beta-2026-05-31-draft. These beta terms are draft product language and require legal review before full public launch.

  1. Draft beta terms: Encalio beta access is invitation-only or approval-only and may be accepted, denied, paused, or removed at Encalio discretion during testing.
  2. Beta features may change, break, be incomplete, lose test data, or be discontinued. Do not rely on beta data as the only record for legal, tax, payment, contract, or time-sensitive event operations.
  3. Beta participants agree to provide truthful signup information, keep account credentials secure, and use the platform only for lawful event planning, vendor, attendee, and feedback activity.
  4. Beta participants may submit feedback, bug reports, screenshots, event examples, vendor examples, media, and workflow notes. Encalio may use that feedback to improve the product without additional compensation.
  5. Do not upload confidential third-party information, payment credentials, regulated data, or content you do not have permission to share. Test payments and provider integrations may be simulated until explicitly marked live.
  6. Beta access does not guarantee pricing, availability, feature continuity, production access, data retention, vendor placement, or future commercial terms.
  7. Participants must follow Encalio transparency, anti-spam, acceptable-use, and communication policies. Encalio may suspend or remove accounts for abuse, fraud risk, spam, security risk, or terms violations.
  8. These beta terms are a product draft for testing and must be reviewed by counsel before public launch.
